Life Changes

I feel like life came at me too fast and all at once. One moment I was a 20-something struggling with trying to be accepted and loved, and now I'm married (so, how do I go about changing my surname on here? Or do I just create a new profile? Lol) to a wonderful man who I have no doubt loves me.
