Hi, I just finished reading Never Enough. I really enjoyed it. I noticed some people complained it was too violent. We live in a violent world. I thought your descriptions were accurate and not over the top. The sex was pretty steamy. Just curious if you're working on another book featuring the leads from Never Enough?

We do live in a dark, violent, and aggressive world, and all of the things I wrote are things people like that do. I've just spent the day with a friend whose grandson was out in a UK town celebrating news of a baby on the way. He was a little worse for wear, and six guys set on him. They continued to beat him after he was unconscious and one of his attackers bit the kid's lip off. And they're just 'regular' gang members. Humans often sicken me and I think we should all be aware of it, rather than ignoring it.

Anyhoo, perhaps my writing might be a tad too violent for the usual romance reader! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it though. I'm thinking of a follow up with Ice as a lead, but right now I'm working on a sci-fi trilogy. The first one is set in Nazi Germany, and that was a lovely place to be, so you can guess there'll be some gruesome scenes. Again though, I did my research (and even visited the female concentration camp where it's set) - these things happen. Real people aren't often far worse than anything I can write.
