The wheels were put in motion by a phone call from a mother of a U.S. Marine, panicked as a result of her son's post-traumatic stress diagnosis. It was then, that I began work developing the BOOTSTRAP yoga stress-management system that is right now helping thousands around the world conquer stress and regain the happy, healthy lives they deserve.
