Two Roads Converged is coming soon

Hi, friends.
I've spent the last ten months captivated by three characters: Janis, a thirty-seven-year-old second generation hippy, and two seventeen-year-olds named Arrow and Zeph who meet under the strangest of circumstances. Arrow is a mediocre student at a school in western Pennsylvania, a star wrestler and an accomplished mixed martial arts athlete. Zeph is a natural leader, determined to become a physicist and the captain of his Swiss boarding school’s water polo, soccer, basketball and track teams.
I don't know where I originally knew these people; maybe in another life. They aren't perfect but they're good people and like the rest of us, they try to enjoy life at the same time forces beyond their control keep batting them around. While poor Arrow is struggling to launch his love life, some desperate and greedy forces target the three of them and pursue them through France’s southern Provence region, the Swiss Alps, Amsterdam and London.
Two Roads Converge is supposed to be a love story, but it’s also happens to have a pair of coming out stories, a few sex education case studies, and some suspense and action that intrude on a happy travelogue. I expect to have it ready in two or three weeks.

Free M/M Romance

Hi, Goodreads fans of gay romance,
My first m/m romance novel, There Was a Boy, is currently free on Amazon. It's a contemporary coming out/love story but, as you know from your own lives, "The course of true love never did run smooth."
Please download the book and let me know what you think.
Keeping with the theme of tempest-tossed love stories, my second book, Two Roads Converged, follows two guys and their hippy aunt through Switzerland, southern France, Amsterdam and London. It’s available at all the on-line bookstores.

Road Trip - Nathan and his Grandfather

Twenty-three-year-old Nathan's university won't give him his degree because of a certain scandal. He's lost his job in retail management and is about to be evicted. His mother, with troubles of her own, has sent his paternal grandfather to rescue him.
How do you get a romance story from a month-long cross country journey in a rented truck? In Dickinson North Dakota, they're going to pick up Matt, an old friend who's also down on his luck.
Oh, we come on the sloop John B.
My grandfather and me,
Around Nassau town we did roam.
Walkin' all night
Just seein' the sights,
Well, I feel so breakup, I want to go home.

Coming soon, and with a good title, I hope.

The World Before Us Coming Soon

The World Before Us opens a few months after twenty-four-year-old Nathan put the brakes on love for one year with a plan to pursue simpler and very erotic experiences. He thought it would head off more heartaches until he could finally grow up. Then, through no fault of his own, the rest of his life fell apart. Now, broke and homeless, Nathan embarks on a summer-long road trip with his grandfather and the promise of a new job at their destination.
Nathan shares the story of that summer as it happens. He “encounters” two really hot guys, bounces back from a bizarre trio of setbacks, stages the absolute worst coming out scene ever, is reunited with his childhood best friend, and endears himself to an elderly hippie named Rima by picking thousands of blueberries.
There is another complication along the way when Nathan catches a glimpse of love in the rearview mirror and he has to reconsider his vow of a romance-free year.
