Faint Cold Fear: Karin Slaughter

Ooh, another winner by Karin Slaughter. She can't do any wrong, especially with the Grantg County series, which I am reading out of order. We are back with Sara, and this time, it's personal when her sister is hurt and s...

Listen for the Lie: Amy Tintera

This book is all they said it would be. One of the best of the year so far. I LOVED it.

Never Let You Go: Chevy Stevens

I didn't enjoy the narrator too much on this audible. She has a funky halting lilt and it took away from the book a little for me. That being said, It wasn't bad, just weird. It didn't flow like I would have liked.

First Lie Wins: Ashley Elston

This was a really good, well-done, twisty thriller. Meet Evie, who "works" for Mr. Smith, but has no idea who he is. She takes on new personas each time, abandoning her real identity, to do a job for the man in the shadow...

Kisscut: Karin Slaughter

This book is the very definition of dark and disturbing. Trigger warning city- so do some research before settling down with this read.

The Drowning Woman: Robyn Harding

I have never head my head snap up and said, "Wait, what?" so many times. This book settles you in like a cozy blanket on a cold day, and you get comfortable with the plot. then BAM someone jerks the covers off you,.

The Silent Wife: Karin Slaughter

If there were such a thing as a God of thriller's, Karin Slaughter would be right up there. As it were, she is the reigning queen of the dark, moody, and disturbed and I love her for it.

You and Only You: Caroline Kepnes

Ugh, don't we all just love Joe Goldburg? And no, I don't watch the series, and yes, You is based on a series of books. I won't watch it, there is no way that they can do this series justice and i know they have gone way...

What Lies Between Us: John Marrs

You know the saying, the road to hell is paved with good intentions? That could have inspired this book. I had that phrase thrust at me all the time growing up by my ultra-religious parents. Now, as I look back on this b...

None of this is True: Lisa Jewell

I didn't care for the last Lisa Jewell book I read, but I moved to this one anyway because of the things I was hearing on Booktok about it. (I am a sucker for Booktok, you know).
