I have not started it yet as i still have alot of research to undertake until i am happy that what i share will be of worth, This is what i did with my book Depression: the way i think, the way i feel. I tend not to express my thoughts and feelings on a matter until i am sure that it is true and of worth. I was taught with regards to when i speak that if it is not true, not kind and not necessary then not to say anything at all, I feel as though this pertains to writing also. (less)

Alan Watson It was at the age of 17 that I decided, because no doubt feeling “depressed” myself to look more deeply into depression and the theories, treatments e…moreIt was at the age of 17 that I decided, because no doubt feeling “depressed” myself to look more deeply into depression and the theories, treatments etc on it. Eventually a few years ago I decided that I had learned enough to be able to now share my thoughts and feelings to everyone that I could about depression, how to overcome it, and live a content and even jubilant life. I would say therefore that the inspiration came over time, the big push however was a few years ago after witnessing alot of people believing that depression was something that they could not overcome. Well I know better!! as i had overcome it! I decided it was now time to strive to make others know that it was possible dispite what conventional teachings said about it. (less)
