Weeee! Hi enthusiastic readers!

Sorry it's been a hot minute since I last posted in this blog (before TiS came out, would you believe it?), but it's been a messed up and busy ol' year.

Just wanted to nip a quick note in here to say that I'll be headed to YALC this July and will be around with Oftomes for all three days! Do come and say hi if you're coming too, I'd love to meet y'all.

I'm also cooking up some fun bits and bobs to celebrate Lost in Darkness, so keep an eye out closer to the time :)

I can't believe there are only TWO days left until Trapped in Silver launches into the world.

I've neither slept, eaten properly, or been at all well-functioning over the past week, but I'm so excited to finally be able to have it launched and to have you guys read it.

It's been a busy ol' week. With release day planning and various bits and bobs underway, I was also fortunate enough to be interviewed by Cultured Vultures, and it was a lot of fun.

Also be sure to keep an eye on social media on Tuesday and my publisher, Ben, and I are doing something super fun to celebrate.

I say it every time, but thanks again for all of your love and support. I really, really hope that Trapped in Silver lives up to everyone's expectations, and that you have as much fun reading it as I've had writing it.

This'll just be a quickie, and I'll probably sound like a broken record, but I'm just astonished at the response of Trapped in Silver over the past week.

Considering a year ago I was unemployed, trying to break into a difficult industry, trying to get my book even looked at - let alone published - and trying to keep my head above water, this is all still totally surreal to me so sorry for my gushing.

With Trapped in Silver's release a month away I'm so excited for it to be out in the world!

Both gifts were designed by Tara Spruit (Taratjah) who's a magnificent up-and-coming artist. Seriously, the bookmarks are possibly my favourite thing ever.

Hi all!

I hope we're enjoying December in all its bright, Christmassy glory - I'm in my ELEMENT right now, it's so pretty. This #TrappedinTuesday we've got something super exciting for everyone who hasn't been able to get a copy of Trapped In Silver yet but I'll leave that to be revealed tomorrow ;)

The second exciting announcement of the week will be coming on Wednesday 14th to celebrate my birthday! So tune in on my Instagram and on Oftomes' Instagram, it's going to be the start of something pretty neat and I can't wait to scream it at you.

Without trying to repeat the last post, thanks again to every single one of you. Even if you read the book and it wasn't for you, I still appreciate you taking the time to do so - it means the world to me. Hi all!

Firstly I hope you guys are all enjoying November and the lead up to Christmas - it's my favourite time of year, but that comes from being a winter baby.

This is just a short post to put out an enormous, great big thank-you to everyone. That seems a little vague but I mean it whole-heartedly. Trapped in Silver has been my life and my obsession for so long, and if even a tenth of you lovely folks are excited about it that makes me so happy I could cry.

After checking up on TiS' Goodreads figures and seeing the giveaway participants and just how many book-lovers have added it to their 'to-read' list, I feel incredibly humbled. If February comes about and most of you guys enjoy the book - well - won't I just be the luckiest girl in the world?
