“Hong Kong, I liked it. And I was lucky to run it.”

“A marathoner is an individual who displays exceptional endurance. True. Stephanie Brochinsky, Run, Big Lady, Run: What Hong Kong Taught Me About Eights, Tortoises, The Moon, And Marathons

“Maybe that's what it all comes down to. Love, not as a surge of passion, but as a choice to commit to something, someone, no matter what obstacles or temptations stand in the way. And maybe making that choice, again and again, day in and day out, year after year, says more about love than never having a choice to make at all.”
Emily Giffin, Love the One You're With

“Death ends a life, not a relationship.”
Mitch Albom, Tuesdays with Morrie: An Old Man, a Young Man, and Life's Greatest Lesson
