When I was young I used to spend much of my spare time writing books, drawing and imagining other worlds, to the detriment of my schooling and the frustration of my teachers. It took me a long time to accept that some of us are just built that way, with our heads in the clouds, where we are most serene.

So now in my 40's I have the opportunity to write and get a book published thanks to KDP, and it means the world to me to be able to share some of my ideas with a wider audience. I accept I may never see my novels on the shelves of a book store, or listed under the bestsellers category, but this is me, with my head in the clouds, feeling serene.
