Literary Love Savannah!

An amazing reader-con is open for registration in beautiful Savannah, Georgia! Literary Love Savannah will be July 19-23rd. Check my social media platforms to hear all about this immersive experience! We will have author Q &A panels, small group and one on one time with your favorite author (it's me, isn't it? I'm your favorite.) A formal ball where we will be dressed like the queens and kings we are (but it's mostly romance authors, so mostly queens).

I will be taking part in the contemporary romance parties and panels, but there will be vampire parties and shifter parties and all sorts of other amazing things to participate in. You can also purchase a ticket for "just the signing" if you are local and don't want to commit to a four day shindig. There will be swag, giveaways, a genuine bonding with other readers. Don't miss out on this incredible event! I will be one of the registered authors, and will be there for the full four days, but you can just come and relax as a treasured reader. We can't wait to meet you!

River Angels. Life on the Amazon!

I have absolutely loved writing this book. I've researched everything from what medications you take for a cocaine overdose to what kind of spiders can kill you in the rainforest. I really love my leading lady and I think she's perfect for this story and this time in Liam's life. So, stand by and hold on to your hat, because this one is exciting, heartbreaking, and spicy. Liam is about to get schooled. River Angels: An O'Brien Tale

Book Release for Shadow Guardian!

Shadow Guardian: An O'Brien Tale

So excited to get this book into my readers hands. A lot of thought, research, and love went into it. It is way more suspenseful than the first two, getting into the realm of Romantic Suspense. Available for pre-order.

My sense of place

I love to travel. Everyone who knows me understands this. I am not a high end, spa loving, five star traveler. I am more for integrating myself into a culture, walk the town on foot, meet the people, have a drink, hit an open air market for lunch type of of girl. I am also a firm believer in taking my kids places. Not everywhere, because sometimes I need a break with The Big Marine, but my kids are very well traveled. The whole "when the kids are grown" thing never sat well with me. We lived abroad twice and also lived in several states...Granny wasn't around to take the kids. So, even as infants we strapped them on our backs and went. Trains, ferries, planes, mountains, beaches, museums. They are fantastic kids.

My main character, Branna, is a military child that has come of age. She lived the life that my kids have lived. Raised in the duffle bag. She's richer for it.

It was my travel bug that led to this first novel, Raven of the Sea. Ireland was by far my best trip. I loved Italy when I was young, loved the romance and the food and the art. Ireland, though. That stirred my blood. I felt a part of that place. There is magic in those rocky coasts and in the rolling green hills, the ruins, the fairy mounds, the hum of the pubs. Magic. So, that's how this book happened. I was seduced by a place, and the characters came along after.
