Chris grew up in Atlanta, then went off to earn a Master's in Marketing - that provided him with a lucrative job in consulting upon graduation that he soon learned to hate. Miserable after a year and a half, Chris made a 180°, followed his heart and passion into the world of cooking and opened his first restaurant at the age of 28 where he grew into the role of executive chef. Having taken his experiences in the corporate world, as well as those in the kitchen, Chris has built a large following centered around TV appearances all over the Southeast U.S., his writing, 2 TEDx talks and his mission of helping industry workers to lead fulfilling, successful careers. “What are you doing today that serves the greater mission for your life? Once you can answer that question without batting an eye, that's when you're really on to something.”
Chris Hill

“Excuses. Everyone has an excuse. You see them get out of work on the weekend and they go out to the bar or are celebrating on vacation - what are you celebrating? You haven't created the success you want for your life yet! And the problem with America is not that people dream too big and miss, it's that they dream too small and hit! I mean, how did we get to the point in this country where the goal is to make fifty thousand dollars a year with four weeks of paid vacation and enough money to buy a Toyota?

From a conversation with Fabio Viviani”
Chris Hill

“I suppose if you take enough slim chances, you are bound to create success out of one if you stick with it long enough. Either way, imagine what you might be able to learn in the process - about the work, and yes, of yourself too.”
Chris Hill

“The fear of taking a shot at anything in life, lives in the fact that there are no guaranteed outcomes and this notion sadly, paralyzes so many from ever taking a chance, because they can never be certain enough. It's important to understand that the fear will always be there, that's what makes us humans, and those of us that end of leading successful and fulfilled lives have just learned to better tame and dance with that fear more than others.”
Chris Hill

“It hurts, because we wanted a different outcome, but then we make it hurt even worse by creating a narrative around what happened.

So, instead of creating that debilitating narrative, I think we're better served realizing that now, we have an opportunity to pivot - to take our life in a different direction.”
