Shades of Adolescence

Madhav’s unusual behavior scared me. There was no prediction on earth that can be made on him. Meanwhile, that day I got clear signals from Sakshi that she liked me. I
went upstairs to my terrace. It was dusk, the sun’s rays were slowly immersing in the horizon. I could see an orange sky
above me. It was pacific. A huge flock of birds flew making a V – shape. It seemed birds had more unity than humans. Every creature was retreating towards its home and so was I.
I came near the stairs and it was then I glanced at a diminished shadow walking in front of my house. I descended the stairs swiftly to ease my curiosity as who that figure was. It could be
Aamir, but he always bellowed my name. I went closer to the gate. I was dumbstruck. It was Sakshi!

the fragrance of which lingers with us for good..
