At the same time, I saw women I saw my Harvard Business School classmates dropping out of the workforce and I thought "What is going on here?!"

I spent the last 10 years researching and working with thousands of women and I came up with a new achievable and inspiring framework for how to think of work and life. Out with the old images of the scale and having it all and juggling. It is time for all women to start living a life they love. Every woman deserves to live The Pie Life. (less)
