The Next Book
I'm happy to say, I'm on my final draft of HERO HIGH: 2, and it should be out on time. Can't wait for everyone to read it, check twitter for more updates. Or feel free to just ask me something.

First off, I usually rate books by how much I enjoyed them, not by the quality, mostly because I believe rating systems are dumb idiot garbage. Having said that, this book was clearly written by someone who has actually been to school for it. It shows some great use of story arena, though they do leave the ship near the end, but its for the third act so it makes some sense. It's not lacking in events like some other books I could point out (don't start nothing), and the characters are fun and original. I particularly loved the heroine, she's fun and feisty with just the right amount of flaws. There are character voices, something, cough, I still don't have a handle on, cough.
If I have an criticisms for the book, it's probably the siren stuff, I don't feel like there was enough foreshadowing, came a bit out of nowhere for me, but I read it in one day. Yes, one day, loved it that much. Gimmie dem pirate boys. I just wasn't prepared for a magical world, not that I object. Other than that, I have to say... No to the book cover. Don't get me wrong, it's nice, but it makes the book look like a middle grade. IT. IS. NOT. I just, it's nice, but for such a fun book, it doesn't come across for me.
I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE. I got pretty sad when I looked for it, and it wasn't out. Please send me a ARC. Please. Pretty please.
