Harry’s story, which began in A Laughing Matter of Pain (2018), continues in this dual-timeline story as he faces his hardest battle yet when Kathy, his loving wife of over three decades, fights breast cancer. Harry also finds that the past replays itself in a generational narrative when Gloria, his wayward daughter, chooses a lifestyle that mirrors Harry’s own in his youth.

A Laughing Matter of Bliss will also be released in audiobook. I’m proud to share that the talented Brian Callanan, who brought the first novel in the series to life, returns to continue Harry’s story of family, love, loss, and addiction.
