I am very curious if it matters to readers whether a book is published traditionally or whether it is self or indie published? I will read either because I feel like anyone that takes the time to write a book has a story that they want to share with readers. Of course, we all have our preferred genres, but I do not feel like it matters how a book is published. What do you think?

I have recently discovered that I am a genre-hopper. That is much different from a grasshopper - LOL - I am just kidding here. I have written both fiction and nonfiction works. Everything I have written is close to my heart in one way or another. I was wondering what you readers thought about authors that are genre-hoppers. Do you find that you enjoy reading everything the author has written, or just the genres you enjoy most? I would love to hear your thoughts on this subject!
