Romina Azócar es una autora chilena, hija de madre española y padre argentino, tiene las profesiones de periodista y pedagoga.
Ha sido emprendedora como instructora de yoga para niños.
Creció juntando cerros de cuadernos, donde escribía vivencias e historias de las personas alrededor.
Después de estudiar periodismo en Chile y trabajar dos años en televisión, partió a Londres para cursar un postgrado de periodismo escrito en la London College of Communication, LLC. Desarrolló su oficio por más de diez años, y luego se dedicó a la docencia, con mención en Comunicación y Literatura.
Su primera novela, "Corazonada", nace después de cursar el taller de narrativa del premiado escritor chileno Gonzalo Contreras.
