Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Paul Lindley As a qualified canine behaviourist, dog lover and passionate about the great outdoors I wanted to write a novel around such. There is now indisputable…moreAs a qualified canine behaviourist, dog lover and passionate about the great outdoors I wanted to write a novel around such. There is now indisputable proof that the dog evolved from the grey wolf and I thought to write a fictional book to tell a story about these amazing creatures.
Wolves are truly sociable animals, they show empathy for others, they love and mourn their losses; just like us. Hopefully if you read my book you will see where your dog came from, and come to understand where your dogs traits and behaviours originated.
I would like to say my book, Elmer: No Ordinary wolf, is one that you would enjoy reading, but also one that would enlighten you much; especially if you were a wolf lover, dog lover or passionate about mother nature.
If I had to put a label on my book in a genre sense I would call it realistic animal fiction, learning through fiction.
