Debra is a career software developer with many other hobbies. She resides in Seattle, Washington. Having been an avid reader of Fantasy and Science Fiction from a very young age, writing has always been something she's enjoyed. Becoming a published author of fantastic fiction has been a life-long dream.

In 2016, Debra wrote the original story about a “magic mirror” that sent someone to a parallel universe where they would learn a lesson. It was originally meant to be a short story and lacked character and plot development.

In 2020, through the help and encouragement of friends and much more development of the story and characters, she released “Reality Reflections”.
