Guillermo Escribano (Madrid, 1981) se crió entre la huerta de Murcia, la Sierra de Guadarrama y las playas del Algarve portugués. Escribió su primer relato a los 7 años, aunque él no lo recuerda. Licenciado en Historia por las universidades de Murcia y Bergen (Noruega), trabajó como arqueólogo en España, Inglaterra, Grecia e Irlanda antes de dedicarse a la prensa escrita. Empezó a teclear cuentos con regularidad y una ilusión algo inocente.

Ejerció más de 5 años como reportero en el diario líder de información económica Expansión, etapa durante la que cubrió la crisis financiera y fue finalista en varios premios periodísticos mientras trasnochaba para aprender técnicas narrativas. ¡Hola, mecenas!

Ayer estuve con el equipo de mi editorial, Libros.com. Aprovechamos para ponernos al día y acordar los pasos previos al inminente y esperado lanzamiento de El misterio del umbral.

Si todo va bien, la semana que viene tendré entre mis manos los ferros (os contaré qué son en la próxima entrada) y podremos empezar a imprimir el supuesto best-seller del año a finales de enero.
