Kirk S. Boote is a Canadian author who lives in Calgary, Alberta. In his career he was a Corporate Executive with expertise in Reservoir Engineering. Kirk is also a lay minister, an Elder in his Christian Faith. In 2013 he was compelled him to write The God Process which was published in 2014. The book was revised and republished Sept 2016 under The God Process: Memoir of Miracles.

In June 2017, after the book was republished, Kirk collapsed from a ruptured dissected Aorta. After 15 hours of open heart surgery, 13 procedures and 5 months in the hospital, he is now on the road to recovery; his experience is yet another unexplained medical miracle.
