Hello there! My name is Jenn Benson. Thanks for your interest in my books! As a personal trainer and wellness coach, I have spent the bulk of my career learning what motivates people to exercise and helping them to discover their passion for movement. My idea for this book was to help inspire those of us who need some tools to get started with our own journey.
