How do you deal with writer’s block?

J.M. Raphaelle I didn't experience it with this book. I think maybe because it's inspired by actual events of my life. I did experience it with another book I wanted to write, the first one I intended to write. But as I wrote this one, I found the path to write the original one. I hope once I get to writing that original book (which will be part of The Thing Abou... trilogy), I won't face writer's block either, or too much of it. Crossing my fingers. I get my ideas at night, in the shower. My mind wanders and I start hearing the dialogue. I do have to jot it down as soon as I get out so I don't forget it. I think the shower helps, because it relaxes me, I'm less distracted, and I can let my imagination go. (less)
