Dark Fantasy Novella
The Manningtree Account, a dark supernatural tale is coming soon to Amazon Kindle books.
I'm resisting the urge to set a release date, although I'm aiming for the end of Febraury.
I have to admit, I've been enticed over to the darker side of fantasy...and I'm loving it

Your Book Suggestions
I write Fantasy.
No matter what tangled little ideas have occupied my grey matter, over the years they have always been with a fantasy edge. I adore ghosts stories and the paranormal. But, my writing has always generally leant to the lighter side or urban fantasy.
However, last year my favourite book was "The Making of Gabriel Davenport" by wonderful Goodreads Author Beverley Lee (if you haven't read it, remedy that quickly). This was the first dark fantasy, verging on horror that I've read in years.
Thanks to Beverley and her wonderfully dark twisted tale, I've been inspired, dragged if you will, over to the dark side....
"The Manningtree Account" my dark supernatural novella is due for release March 2017 to Kindle books.
I now have so many little dark tales swirling in the shadows of my brain cells, I was to read more of the same.
So, here is my request...I'd like to know your recommended darker reads, especially ghosts stories? Hit me with them!

FREE KINDLE BOOK
Season’s Greetings to all, and as a little gift from me to you, The Manningtree Account novella is FREE to download from Amazon Kindle this weekend only – 23rd / 24th December!“…with beaks as deadly as blades, let them peck eyes from skulls, and tear flesh from bones. They shalt do my bidding. We shalt listen and dance to their cries. I would spare them the cold this bleak night, their bodies warmer for the blanket of blood.”
This is the perfect teaser, a little witchy taster. If you’ve been pondering on whether or not to buy Daughters of the Oak, this is the ideal time to dip your toes and feel the darkness creep. The Manningtree Account is the original story on which Daughters was created. It’s a stand-alone novella, but if you then fancy digging a little deeper into the tale, you can purchase the extended edition Daughters of the Oak.
Merry Christmas, Love Becky
