Hey! Thanks for connecting, and for engaging We Hold These Truths (it looks like you've started reading, and I hope you enjoy).

I'm well into the next novel, and without divulging too much (my agent would have my head), I can tell you that this one will be different...it will be a little darker than WHTT. I'll be moving away from the explicitly political and more toward the intersection of race and economics, with a twist.

Whereas WHTT is driven principally by my interest in sparking an honest discourse about what our dishonest, lethargic politics is doing to our nation, here, I aim to shed light on the complexities of intergenerational unwealth (yes, I concocted that word) in America. You can also expect some pretty intense characters and character development.

I hope this answer was both sufficiently responsive and vague. 😉
