Lara Falberg is a yoga instructor, trained in Atlanta, now living and teaching in exotic Columbus, Ohio (coincidentally, also the setting of Yoga Train). Lara teaches public classes all over the city, workshops focusing on The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz, and ways to incorporate the agreements into one's yoga practice. Lara is on faculty at the Yoga on High Teacher Training Institute as an instructor and mentor. Her yoga teacher resource website, http://iworkbarefoot.com/, offers verbal cues, sequences, class themes, and damn good advice.
