When I learned that Sophia lost three baby girls up on the mountain, I was hooked.
About ten years ago, I used what I knew to make a film with a group of high school students. When it was completed, I still felt there was a story to tell.
Peter Degraves gets all the accolades. I wanted to explore what it was like to be Sophia. LIke most women of her time, she had no voice.(less)
