Chef Tom Gillin is the author of the Sheldon Chef series of children’s books that impart a love of cooking, learning about types of kitchen tools and simple measurements, organization and clean-up, and the importance of washing your hands!

Chef Tom’s childhood was woven with good food. His mother brought savory home cooking to the table, while his father mastered cooking outdoors over an open fire. It is Tom’s desire, that, through Sheldon Chef, families will be brought together in the kitchen. Teaching kids cooking, cleaning, organization and hand washing ensures they develop healthy habits and life skills. Tom’s hope is that this book will reside in your kitchen, splattered with pancake batter and loved for generations to come.
