I'm Mike Eye, and I love to read and write intense, epic, imaginative, coming-of-age literary stories of drama and action. I also enjoy studying various occult sciences and philosophies. At a young age I started getting into compelling novels of Visionary or Speculative Fiction with Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Horror elements. In elementary school, I ate up stories by Roald Dahl and R. L. Stine. Not long after that, I was hooked on Shannara tales. Then I found out about HP Lovecraft, Jack Kerouac and Kurt Vonnegut, and it was all over (lol). Lately, I've been greatly enjoying reading DC & Marvel graphic novels on my brilliant Galaxy S2 tab, especially the latest Batman and Justice League titles.

I love nature and the outdoors, particularly alpine s

Dr. Seuss
“You can get help from teachers, but you are going to have to learn a lot by yourself, sitting alone in a room.”
Dr. Seuss

J.R.R. Tolkien
“If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world.”
J.R.R. Tolkien

C.S. Lewis
“To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything and your heart will be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact you must give it to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements. Lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket, safe, dark, motionless, airless, it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. To love is to be vulnerable.”
C.S. Lewis, The Four Loves

Stacey Hey Mike, good to see you here. It freaks me out when 13-year-olds send friend invites. I do not want someone the same age as my son reading the stuff I read. ;-) See you around. :-)
