I'm also finalizing drafts for two different cozy mystery series:

Book One of the Eden St. James series, which I've been grappling with for months. Eden has to find a way to control her newly inherited witch powers in time to save her family's magical legacy by solving the mystery of who poisoned Mrs. Sumpter. This is that precious baby that's beyond it's due date still unwilling to be born. I'm planning to induce next month.

Book One of the Mystic Sweets series is in the revision stage. This series is about the Westbrook sister's and their sleuthing adventures. These are more culinary than witchy, but you can still expect a magical cozy mystery. I'm having a lot of fun with this one because I'm toying with including a cookie recipe! I've even finalized the recipe candidates and I'll be baking this week to determine which, if any of them, will be included. Fun stuff.(less)

I'm still inspired by those things to this day but I now gain inspiration from friends and family too, life experiences, and my kids most of all. Inspiration is everywhere.(less)
