Well that was April, this is June 2017: the illustrations are done (an interesting and convoluted process) and the book has been published. The eBook has full colour illustrations. The paperback has the illustrations in black and white to keep the price affordable. Of course I'm still interested in your feedback on both the illustrations and the book ...

Feb 2021 update: I'm behind on updates. By now I've published four books and am working on number five. Number five is for adults. Teaser: the little legal disclaimer at the start of the book will likely say something like:

"All characters in this book, with the exception of Elvis Presley, Salman Rushdie, Frank Zappa and The Mothers of Invention, are fictitious. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is coincidental. "

How's that for a teaser(less)

It's Here!!

My newest novel, "Naarlen," is now available in paperback, Kindle format and epub (e.g. Kobo and Nook) format.

It's been three years in the making, and I'm delighted with it. It's so new that Goodreads doesn't yet have a cover image, but head on over to Amazon or Kobo and you'll find it.

It's a story of chaos and frustrated lust in the high arctic. It's raucous, rude and laugh-out-loud. If that's yo Read more of this blog post »

"I had high hopes for this one, but it's hitting me like a dimestore mystery novel, with prose to match. No thank you. Bailed within the first twenty pages."
