It's a YA contemporary romance about first love, high school theater, and the courage to break the rules, be yourself & follow your heart. It’s also inspired by the Beauty & the Beast, although not a true retelling. And I'm totally channeling my inner teen and all her romantic angst & dreams in it, so it gets intense.
