Writing is a tool I carry with me as an imbedded gift, a friend that I share with. I write to my self, to others (privately), and to the Universe. It lives with me in my daily personal life, worked endless hours by my side during my heavy career years, and opens to me when I need a vessel to pour myself into.

I was born and raised in a large family on the prairies, in small town Alberta, Canada. At the age of one, the accidental death of my father brought a life-altering spin which set us on a new course. Our matriarchal home was steeped in tradition, culture, and hardship that came with hard-found learnings.
