C. D. Hulen is 68% done with Gilead: An interesting read so far, with some insightful moments and strong characterization. However, I can't help but notice that the theology of Reverend John Aims, while circling grace and forgiveness, forgets that these things flow from the person and work of Christ. “Truth does not depend upon you to believe it.”
C.D. Hulen, Abort

“When we come to see that it was no mere man who suffered on Calvary but the Lord of Glory, then we shall be willing to say that one drop of the precious blood of Jesus is of more value, for our own salvation and for the hope of society, than all the rivers of blood that have flowed upon the battlefields of history.”
J. Gresham Machen, Christianity and Liberalism
