In your cookbook's e-book version, the recipe or Thai tea says "1/2 cup Thai tea (see ingredient tip)." I assume that's 1/2 cup of the tea leaves, but where is the ingredient tip? I notice most tips are with "variations" at the end of the recipes, but this one seems to be MIA. I'm clueless what kind of tea to use to get that addictive smoky, spicy flavor. Thanks.
