New beginnings
Gosh, nearly 18 months since my last comment on here.
Unfortunately, I've been so busy in this time, that I have hardly written word, and have two books to finish. I thought with COVID, which I was unfortunate enough to catch, and put completely out of action for a few weeks, I'd have the time at home to work on the books, but sadly that was not the case.
Then I took the decision to pick it all up again, but to have a play around with what I had - New covers, new Amazon wording groups for searches etc. and that's what I've been up to.
One cover will be updated per day, and I am adding them to my Facebook page at the same time - https://www.facebook.com/Roger-Cave-4...
I'm having a few problems updating them here on Goodreads, as I can only seemingly add a new version, which isn't the case - any ideas anyone?

The Alec Fincham Series
OK, so I've never done a blog before, so I'm a little lost as to what I suppose to do?
As for the books, I'm currently working on one I've called Snake Variation (Yes, it's the chess theme I'm sticking to), and it's all about the Arab Spring and the break in at the Cairo Museum. Still got a way to go though.
Also workking on a few short stories, one a follow on to Fried Fox, where someone actually gave me feedback that they wished the story had continued. Well don't say I don't listen to my readers, the follow up will arrive soon, I'm around 6600 words in, but still need to develop a suitable ending.
