Cati Porter is the author of eleven poetry books and chapbooks, most recently small mammals (Mayapple Press, 2023), The Body at a Loss (CavanKerry Press, 2019) and Novel (Bamboo Dart Press, 2022). In 2023, she was awarded an individual artist grant from the California Arts Council. She is the former executive director of Inlandia Institute, a literary and cultural arts nonprofit.
