Hello, my name is Gabrielle Knight. I was born in New Orleans and had never known my real parents. I was raised by an aunt and uncle who kicked me out of the house without an explanation when they discovered that I was a wolf shifter. Then I moved to Denver where I became a successful woman thanks to my bridal boutique and wedding business. A few weeks ago, I found out that I had Voodoo powers in me too as I was contacted by the Voodoo coven in Nola. They entrusted me with a two month old baby girl, the daughter of one of my cousins that I had never met. They had died tragically and little Alexia was now an orphan. So I accepted and took her with me to raise her as my own child.
I am what you would call a self sufficient female. I grew up way too fast and on my own, so that made everything I needed or wanted for myself more difficult to get including traveling to other countries for my clients and raising a baby girl on my own. There are no handbooks for that and I had no clue what I was supposed to do with Alexia especially in another country, so when friends called and asked me to meet them at a bar in Paris I jumped at the chance and that’s when my life changed. Who knew walking through the doors of a place called The Devil’s Hole would be life changing.

My name is Stephen Reilly. I am a French vampire, not born but sired. I often move from one place to another but I always come back to the place of my birth: Paris, the city of love. I have moved back here for more than ten years now and I have opened a bar close to Notre-Dame called The Devil’s Hole. During the day most of the customers are humans but when night falls it’s a place full of supernatural creatures.
I was a single dad. I know, strange for a vampire. But I really wanted a child and with some magic help from an angel, I was able to impregnate my ex-girlfriend, a fire demon. But she abandoned me and our son two days after he was born and I swore that day that he would never know about her. I had always been a player with women but when Damian was born, I had decided to focus only on him and my work and leave women out of my life, but that was until a beautiful dark haired woman entered my bar.
