I found the author’s tiresome caricature of a hypocritical Christian character unimaginative and passé. Child holds the Christian faith up to ridicule, the same faith embraced by Shakespeare and C. S. Lewis? Please.

You can tell the author is British and not a Texan. A Texan knows no one buries a body under a pig pen. Throw the corpse into a pig pen, and it will be consumed within an hour or two.
