The North Coast Book Fair will take place on Sunday, September 24, 1-5 at the Emerald Event Center in Avon, Ohio. More than 50 NE Ohio authors will attend! Food truck, prizes, and books, books, books! Please stop by if you are in the area.

If you'll be in Northeast Ohio on Saturday, August 12, check out the "Author Alley" book signing sponsored by Loganberry Books in the Larchmere neighborhood of Cleveland. The event runs from 12-4:30, and there will be plenty of authors on hand to chat and sign their novels.

I'm very pleased that Amazon selected The Company of Demons as a Kindle Daily Deal for today, and it made me think about how I could give something back. At every stage of my writing journey, I met many incredibly supportive food service workers, who were often aspiring writers themselves. In recognition of the devastating impact that the COVID-19 virus has had on their livelihoods, my wife and I are making a donation to the Restaurant Workers' Community Foundation, which provides direct relief to restaurant workers and zero-interest loans to restaurants.
