M. Valo is a graphic artist, author and illustrator living in the awe-inspiring city of Barcelona. She began her career as a graphic designer but later left her job at an international advertising agency to pursue her passion for art and work on her personal projects.
M. Valo is the creative mind and heart behind the Dad & Me coloring book. She creates her artworks in a variety of styles, ranging from realistic, abstract, nature inspired, tribal, geometric, etc.
When she is not drawing, she also enjoys reading, cooking, taking photos, traveling, and learning new languages.

I believe that fatherhood is evolving. Dads of today are not shy to show their love and don't feel that they will lose their manliness if they play dolls with their daughters for example. It is a beautiful and unique connection, just as important as the one a mother and her child have.
I just felt that it is special love and relationship that deserves to be honored, cherished and enjoyed. Hopefully my book helps to do so :)(less)
