Un nuovo disegno legato al volume 2 de "Le Ceneri della Fenice". Sono passati due anni dalle vicende del primo libro, come vedete, qualcuno si è fatto crescere i capelli, qualcuno li ha tagliati e qualcuno s’è beccato un occhio nero, (Nef ha dichiarato: “Io non c’entro nulla, ma lo vorrei tanto”). La cosa più importante è che Jag si sia cambiato i pantaloni, però!

Le Ceneri della Fenice è un romanzo scritto in un periodo non troppo allegro della mia vita, ho impiegato anni a rifinirlo e pubblicarlo nella sua forma finale. Spero che vi piaccia.
Ashes of the Phoenix is a book I wrote in a not very pleasing moment of my life. It took me years to develope and give it a final shape. I thank everybody who wants to know more about it or just share it with friends. Three characters evolved through the books I wrote. This is the first phase, the beginning of their story.

La vita non va mai come uno la vorrebbe. È quello di cui si è convinta Jane, quando quel poco che aveva costruito e in cui aveva iniziato a sperare le viene tolto. Ed ecco che si ritrova di nuovo ad un bivio, incapace di decidere che strada seguire, riallacciare legami dissolti e gestire nuove realtà che negli anni sono mutate senza che lei se ne rendesse conto.

When you finally finish the cleanup of a drawing and have no idea how to colour it to censure the pitypie! AHAHAH!

This is supposed to be a book cover (John Travolta esxcluded).

How important is for you to give a "face" to the characters of your romance?
I like alot to draw my own characters, and I love when people do it. I personally like less when authors choose famous actors to give an identity to their cast, in this case I prefer to imagine by myself the look of the characters in a story, because if you draw them, you create an unique character, it's like an extension of your fantasy that blends with the story, instead having a "pre-made" actor face is a bit upsetting for me, because it's like you "borrow" from someone else an identity. I hope I explain well my point. What do you think? =D
