I've just started receiving spiritual direction and it has been wonderful. Often, others can see our inner lives clearer than we can.

I've also started reading Spiritual Direction by two Benedictines.

I'll let you know how I like it in the end, but so far it's full of wisdom we can use in our spiritual lives as well as helping others come closer to the Lord.
