The Real Obstacle to Success
The real obstacle to success is not maintaining consistency in task or leaving it before completion. You may consider following examples:
You took a decision to acquire a skill; you start practicing this skill and all of sudden after a few days, you stop doing it
You took a decision to become healthy. You start doing yoga or workout and after a few days you simply stop it or do not maintain consistency
You took a decision to become punctual and after some time you simply come back to your previous routine or you are not consistent
You took a decision to intake healthy food only; and after a few days you start following your old routine.
You start an assignment in the office and before even completing it, you take lots of breaks, postpone your work for tomorrow, and simply don’t complete your work which could be completed.
Action Points
When you start on something complete it whatever it takes.
Consistency is most important in acquiring a skill. You talk about becoming an exceptional communicator, an exceptional player, exceptional student it really takes consistency to build anything in life.
