In 2025, he founded RunOnAI Ltd., where he currently serves as Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). RunOnAI is a next-generation SaaS platform focused on automation, data extraction, ETL/ELT workflows, and AI-assisted business operations. Motaher leads product architecture, automation logic, and technical strategy with the goal of making advanced technology accessible to entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Previously, he served as Founder and CEO of DigiMarketing Lab (2021–2023), a digital marketing agency providing SEO, paid advertising, funnel optimization, and automation-driven solutions to international clients.

Motaher’s mission is to simplify complex technologies such as AI, automation, and data-driven systems so entrepreneurs can save time, improve efficiency, and focus on innovation. His long-term vision is a world where small teams can compete globally using smart automation.

He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Green University of Bangladesh, having previously completed a Diploma in Engineering from Rangpur Polytechnic Institute in 2021.
