Monique Elise is a blogger that currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A native of Reading, Pa, she fell in love with writing and literature at a young age. Growing up, she would frequent the library with her mother and get lost in various books for days at a time. Her favorites authors include Omar Tyree, Eric Jerome Dickey and Terri McMillan.
As an adult, Monique has taken her love for literature to the next level, by penning her own stories about black romance. Through her works, Monique is continuing to grow a community of enthusiastic readers. Her hope is to continue to tell fun, relatable and sometimes, scandalous, stories that will not only captivate her audience but teach important lessons in love and life.
