Vegan Plum Pie?
Vegan plum pie? Yes, plum pie can be vegan. Or, more surprisingly, it���s usually not vegan.��
Recently, my daughter decided to go vegan. She���s been vegetarian in the past, and pescatarian (that���s a vegetarian who eats fish). And while I didn���t join her in a complete diet overhaul, I have tried to accommodate her at meal times when possible.��
In the past month, I have discovered a few things.��
Coconut oil actually can replace butter a lot of the time. Granted, I���m not going to go spreading it on

Cat-astrophes and Cat-erwauls

To Gluten Free or Not To Gluten Free?
A couple of years ago, I decided to jump on the gluten free bandwagon. Having trouble losing weight and feeling generally on the puffy side, I was desperate to find a reason why.
