Anne Crosse I am working on my fourth book entitled Pictures which is set in 1962. The story centres round the main character Gus who has just turned twenty. He i…moreI am working on my fourth book entitled Pictures which is set in 1962. The story centres round the main character Gus who has just turned twenty. He is an apprentice in an Auctioneers office. He meets Marie, a sixteen year old young woman who contacted polio as a child, and has to wear a caliper on her leg. Gus secretely wants to be a photographer and takes a photo of Marie. He sends the photo to a Magazine and this sets of a train of events which has him realizing he has to make a big decision which could effect his life forever.(less)
