Crofts The inspiration for my most recent book Mental Health Complete Therapy Companion with Symptom Tracker was created because I kept losing notes I set fo…moreThe inspiration for my most recent book Mental Health Complete Therapy Companion with Symptom Tracker was created because I kept losing notes I set for myself with my therapist. Appointment times are hard to keep up with, and a clear symptom tracker for the month to show my therapist what is happening with me.

Oh and the dreaded 'I forgot to ask my therapist' questions that are really important. I literally lost sleep over not asking, especially knowing I had to wait a whole month between appointments.

Having a book for all the things I needed to keep up with for my therapist in the one place has made life easier. And less sleepless nights! ♥
