An avid reader with a vivid imagination, I have been coming up with stories for as long as I can remember. I love discovering quirky characters and interesting stories to tell, regardless of genre. If something captures my attention, then I need to see where it leads.

I never expected to make a career out of my love of storytelling. I have dual degrees in Psychology and English Literature from the University of Minnesota, and tried out a series of "traditional" occupations, but nothing ever made me as happy as writing did. On occasion I would even write short stories about the topics that interested me. Some would deal with real life things while others would be fantastical in nature. It will be a standalone book but can also b…moreI am currently working on a new book. I had actually started writing it while I was still working on Lost. It will be a standalone book but can also be read as a continuation from Lost.
This book will focus on new topics and on two characters that showed up in Lost. I have a few chapters written already and am so in love with one of the characters. (less)

Taking a break

I'm not sure if "break" is the right term to use or not but it's what comes to mind and honestly I wouldn't mind a coffee and cookie break either.

My first two books were essentially written right on top of each other.

Lost started as a free writing exercise that ended up being published and at times I still think about rewriting it to what I think that it should be. I may do that one day regardless
